Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy only if:
- The product received is damaged
- Wrong item is delivered
- Product has a manufacturing defect
Important Condition
To claim a return/refund, customers must provide:
- A proper unboxing/opening video
- Video should clearly show the sealed package being opened
- Damage/issue must be visible in the video
Without an unboxing video, return/refund requests may not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Items without tags/packaging
- Products without opening video proof
